Capacity development
We support the government of Cambodia to digitize itself through offering a comprehensive training curriculum as well as selected study trips for public officials from national ministries and local administration.
The focus of each measure varies from basic digital skill trainings to gaining advanced expertise in emerging technologies.
Policy
The Digital Transformation is evolving rapidly, so it is important to apply human-centered digitalization approaches and to strive for digital inclusion through inclusive polities. Policies are important for driving improvements and inclusion of vulnerable groups in Cambodia, as they shape government and private sector actions for the years and decades to come.
We support the relevant Cambodian ministries through multi-stakeholder-events to include a wide range of views in the policy making process. We also connect different actors from the development as well as public sector with each other to make the development of new digital policies more efficient.
Solutioning
We work with public institutions to support them in designing and implementing digital solutions to make their work more efficient and more accessible for citizens.
In building solutions, we follow a human-centered design approach and aim towards developing inclusive and sustainable digital solutions that will support the work of the administration for the longest possible time.
